System -> Preference -> Desktop Efffects
Push "Enable Desktop Effects" button

Usages
Rotate cube manually = Ctrl + Alt + left-click and grab an empty desktopspace.
Switch desktops on cube = Ctrl + Alt + Left/Right Arrow
